This fully remote role leads a high-performing, distributed AP team supporting a large, institutional-quality portfolio. You’ll own day-to-day execution while driving improvements as the platform continues to grow.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a remote, domestic and international AP team
  • Oversee high-volume AP operations, processing ~600 invoices per day
  • Ensure timely, accurate invoice review, coding, and payment
  • Own AP-related month-end close activities
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements
  • Partner with internal teams and manage vendor relationships
  • Use Yardi and Excel to analyze data and improve workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate or multifamily
  • 3+ years managing AP or accounting teams
  • Strong Yardi experience and advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on leader comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
