Job Description:

Lead end-to-end financial operations for the Americas region, ensuring precision in reporting, compliance, and analysis. Manage a team of three direct reports, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day leadership to support a high-performing finance function. As a strategic partner to business leaders, influence decisions, strengthen performance, and help guide the company’s long-term financial direction.
