Requirements

  • 6-10 or more years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within an international, multi-entity environment or the retail/consumer goods sector
  • Comprehensive understanding of international accounting standards, along with practical experience in tax and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
  • Strong attention to detail, a high sense of accountability, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with execution
