Accounting Intern

• Exposure to payroll weekly processes “end-to-end”
• Preparation of payroll general ledger account reconciliations
• Preparation of correcting payroll journal entries
• Assists Payroll team with month end close journal entries
• Learn to run weekly reports in Paycor payroll module
• Other daily duties include but are not limited to assisting the finance and payroll team in performing various duties including daily operations, research, and maintaining records
• This shall include scanning, emailing, and organizing documents for record keeping

• A rising junior or higher is currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited university and pursuing a degree in accounting or finance
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles

• Passionate about accounting and have a high level of energy, a drive to work in a team/collaborative environment and a desire to excel in all aspects of your work
