Job Responsibility

Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations
Support monthly financial reporting and audit preparation
Help monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Adheres to all policies and procedures established by the company, the brand and the government
Conducts self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization
Project enthusiastic, optimistic, helpful attitude
Assist other Leadership Team members and/or managers when needed
Complete all required accounting functions for the property as advised by GM and Corporate

You are studying towards an undergraduate degree (or above) in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics

Job Responsibility

Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers

Taking part in the setup of funds, and implementing complex international real estate, private equity, fund of funds or debt structures as part of restructuring plans, mergers and acquisitions

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience with Financial Accounting Standards
