Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accounting & HR Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations while also managing core HR functions within the company. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in accounting processes and an understanding of human resources functions. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and streamlining operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments
  • Maintain the general ledger and assist with financial reporting
  • Support audit preparation and internal controls
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Support employee relations and HR compliance initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger maintenance and full month-end close
  • Strong experience reconciling multiple accounts and preparing journal entries
  • Experience working within a large ERP system
  • Proven ability to operate independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Experience supporting HR functions in a small-to-mid-sized organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
