Job Description:

This position involves accounting and HR clerical tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing and reconciling statements, coordinating employee activities, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. Job Responsibility:

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
  • Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information
  • Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and files
  • Coordinate employee celebrations
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No specific license or certification
