As an Accounting Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance team by ensuring accurate processing of accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will maintain strong financial controls, support compliance with Four Seasons standards, and help ensure timely payments and accurate financial data.
Job Responsibility
Process Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and timely payments
Maintain organized vendor files and reconciliations, resolving discrepancies directly with suppliers
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries in line with accounting standards
Assist with month-end closing processes and generate required financial reports
Verify expense reports and petty cash reimbursements in compliance with policies
Maintain vendor records, support audits and documentation archiving, and update payment systems
Requirements
High school or college education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Czech
Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information
Nice to have
Experience with accounting systems
