Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Generalist Clerk to join our team in New York, New York. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in financial operations and contribute to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy in all financial processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial records and ensure proper balancing
  • Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and managing vendor payments
  • Manage accounts receivable operations, such as tracking customer payments and addressing discrepancies
  • Accurately input data into accounting systems to maintain up-to-date financial information
  • Process invoices efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies
