Job Description:

We are seeking an adept Accounting Finance Manager to join our team in Hollister, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting software systems, overseeing financial services, and maintaining enterprise resource planning.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the operation and management of accounting software systems
Manage ADP - Financial Services, ensuring all financial operations are running smoothly
Utilize and maintain BlackLine and Concur systems
Oversee ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for optimal business performance
Manage all accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely processing
Conduct auditing for financial accuracy and compliance
Manage billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable
Familiarity with BlackLine software is a plus
Knowledge of Concur software is beneficial
Understanding and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
Ability to execute all necessary accounting functions is mandatory
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
Previous experience in auditing is desired
Proficiency in managing billing functions is required

Nice to have:

Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with BlackLine software
Knowledge of Concur software
Previous experience in auditing
