Requirements:
4+ years of experience owning end-to-end ERP system testing for new and existing functionality
Identify discrepancies, document issues, and collaborate with product/engineering teams to resolve them
Lead trial balance reconciliation efforts between legacy systems and the new platform
Apply technical accounting knowledge to evaluate system behavior
Support proper interpretation and documentation of U.S. GAAP–related requirements in the ERP system
Assist in developing accounting policies, procedures and controls
Give product feedback to constantly improve the product for a better UX
Work closely with accounting, engineering, product and CX/Implementations teams
Incredible drive and passion to build the world’s best next-generation ERP with AI
High ownership mindset and initiative
High attention to detail
CPA license (U.S.-based strongly preferred)
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Must work US business hours (New York City HQ)
Nice to have:
Big 4 U.S. public accounting experience is a significant plus
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls incl. ASC 606
Prior experience with ERP/accounting system implementations, testing, or data migrations preferred (Netsuite, Sage, Quickbooks, SAP, Workday, etc.)
