Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will manage essential financial tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and a high level of accuracy in data entry and invoice management.

Job Responsibility

  • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform detailed data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Handle invoice processing, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies
  • Support payroll operations, including calculations and timely disbursements
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize QuickBooks for tracking and reporting financial activities
  • Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to financial transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review
