The Accounting Coordinator manages financial and personnel data for the department and oversees assigned responsibilities to ensure that established standards are maintained.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain employee files
Coordinate recruiting and onboarding
Manage payroll database in Kronos
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial data
Ensure compliance with departmental and company standards
Support operational activities
Participate in daily departmental functions
Adhere to safety and regulatory compliance
Perform all other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1–3 years of operations or administrative management experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write professional correspondence, summaries, and reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Proven leadership skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
