Job Responsibility

  • Perform a variety of administrative and accounting duties
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process and match purchase orders
  • Handle billing and manage aging reports
  • Conduct soft collections as needed
  • Oversee inventory and perform reconciliations
  • Match daily cash against cash receipts
  • Issue refunds promptly and accurately
  • Generate customer reports upon request
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Occasionally assist minimal walk-in foot traffic

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administration and accounting experience
