As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be a face for the Accounting department, answering phones and dealing with face to face inquiries. You will work closely with the manufacturing and accounting teams within the organization to support the processing of payables, handling all incoming and outgoing mail, overseeing the factory request for shipments, and supporting the company store.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and track factory's request for shipments (RFS)
Assists in all facets of the month end close
Purchase and maintain office supply inventory
Completes payments and helps with receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices for assigned vendors
Serves as the backup for all financial accounting coordinators and hourly payroll coordinator
Support the company store as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years’ experience in clerical and/or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
