Job Responsibility:
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor payments
Maintain accurate inventory and cost tracking records
Help with reconciliations and month-end close support
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams on order flow
Track expenses and assist with basic reporting
Organize financial documentation and filing systems
Support internal communication between accounting and production
Requirements:
1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
Exposure to manufacturing or inventory environments is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage routine processes with consistency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
