We are looking for an Accounting Controls Analyst – Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance professional with early-career experience in accounting and cost control, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic manufacturing and supply chain environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support month-end close activities related to inventory, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and distribution costs
Reconcile inventory movements, adjustments, and balances across manufacturing plants, co-packers, and distribution centers
Analyze cost behavior, variances, and operational trends to identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and cost optimization
Monitor inventory controls, cycle counts, and sample counts in line with company policies
Reconcile production, shipments, and receipts between external partner systems and company systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and external manufacturing and logistics partners
Assist with internal control activities, including compliance with accounting policies and SOX-related controls
Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes, systems, and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Accounting & Finance preferred)
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
exposure to manufacturing or cost accounting is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
Comfortable working with multiple systems
ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners
Bilingual proficiency: English required
