Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounting Controls Analyst – Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance professional with early-career experience in accounting and cost control, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic manufacturing and supply chain environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support month-end close activities related to inventory, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and distribution costs
  • Reconcile inventory movements, adjustments, and balances across manufacturing plants, co-packers, and distribution centers
  • Analyze cost behavior, variances, and operational trends to identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and cost optimization
  • Monitor inventory controls, cycle counts, and sample counts in line with company policies
  • Reconcile production, shipments, and receipts between external partner systems and company systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and external manufacturing and logistics partners
  • Assist with internal control activities, including compliance with accounting policies and SOX-related controls
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes, systems, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Accounting & Finance preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • exposure to manufacturing or cost accounting is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners
  • Bilingual proficiency: English required
