University degree in Business Administration, Economics or higher education in Administration or Accounting
3-5 years of experience in Spanish financial departments with knowledge of Spanish laws, taxes and local Gaap accounting
Mandatory knowledge of SAP
Spanish native-speaker and very good command of English (written and spoken) are essential
Reliable, task-oriented and proactive team member with good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines

Job Responsibility

Collaborating in the audit process of the different companies that are being managed
Identification of deficiencies and subsequent follow-up of corrective actions
Regular monitoring of the adequacy and effective performance of controls over financial reporting
Management of accounts receivable and payable
Support in reporting activities to the parent company and management of client tools

Collaborate with finance, operations, and implementation teams to establish data mapping, validation criteria, and reconciliation rules
Conduct detailed reconciliations between source systems like Salesforce and target systems such as NetSuite to verify transactional integrity
Identify and address discrepancies or data quality issues, providing resolutions to maintain data reliability
Perform data cleansing and normalization activities both before and after migration
Create and maintain Excel-based reconciliation files and validation tools to support accurate data tracking and reporting
Support testing phases, including cutover and post-go-live validation, for AR and billing workflows
