Job Description

A large-scale organization, recognized for its structuring projects and evolving environment, is looking for an Accounting Consultant – Financial Transformation. The Consultant will be involved in corporate accounting, support for financial processes, and transformation projects, including the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives within a visible and influential finance function.

Job Responsibility

  • Actively participate in financial transformation projects
  • Contribute to the implementation, optimization, and upgrading of financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools, BI, automation)
  • Document and review financial processes to identify efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with IT, finance teams, and external consultants
  • Serve as a financial point of contact for various departments
  • Act as a key resource during testing, training, and deployment of new tools
  • Propose solutions aimed at automating and standardizing processes
  • Participate in the development of accounting and financial best practices
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
  • Experience in corporate accounting, financial closing, and financial statement preparation
  • Experience in financial transformation projects, including implementation or optimization of financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools, reporting, or BI)
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and comfortable with financial systems (ERP, consolidation, reporting)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
