Job Description:

The Accounting Clerk position at Courtyard by Marriott Pyeongtaek involves handling financial and accounting tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and addressing guest service needs. The role requires at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets
classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
complete period-end closing procedures
prepare, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
protect company assets
develop and maintain positive working relationships
respond appropriately to the concerns of employees
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
