Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Mabelvale, Arkansas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting various accounting operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounts management and a keen eye for accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy
process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
handle billing tasks
including invoice preparation and distribution
conduct data entry with precision to maintain updated financial records
verify and process invoices
ensuring compliance with company policies
utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks
SAP
Oracle for financial tasks
generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in accounts
maintain organized and accessible financial documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience in account reconciliation
accounts payable
accounts receivable
proficiency in billing and data entry tasks
familiarity with accounting software including Microsoft Excel
QuickBooks
SAP
Oracle
strong attention to detail
ability to handle financial discrepancies effectively
excellent organizational and time-management skills
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
knowledge of standard accounting principles and practices
