Accounting Clerk

• Process customer orders with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring high-quality service
• Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems for seamless record-keeping
• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
• Assist the accounting team with tasks such as accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) support
• Perform data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance with attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to handle day-to-day operational tasks as needed
• Utilize Sage software for order entry and accounting functions, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Eagerness to learn quickly and complete tasks with precision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for detail-oriented interactions
• Comfortable working in a small-company setting where priorities may shift
• Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, or office support roles is preferred
• Familiarity with clerical or accounting support tasks, including data entry, accounts payable, and generating reports
• Customer service skills to handle orders, inquiries, and provide team support

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Sage software is desirable
