Job Description:

As an Accounting Clerk at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul, you will undertake various financial tasks including organizing and maintaining accounting records, preparing and distributing financial reports, and ensuring mathematical and procedural accuracy. You will be an integral part of maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-level service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data
classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and/or computers
prepare, maintain, and distribute financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
complete period-end closing procedures and reports
prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
address guests' service needs professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience.
