Accounting Clerk

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for a portfolio of 40-50 clients
• Process and post 20-50 invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to perform daily tasks and manage documentation
• Learn and operate company-specific software through provided training
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or related roles
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes
• Strong skills in invoice processing and data entry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt to new software systems through training
• Strong communication skills for effective client interactions
• Knowledge of account reconciliation is a plus, but not required
