We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis in Orlando, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Process invoices accurately and ensure proper coding and approval
Handle check processing and maintain records of transactions
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain financial systems
Manage cash receipts and disbursements, ensuring timely reporting
Communicate with vendors to coordinate weekly and monthly payments
Assist with administrative duties related to accounting operations
Review and verify W-9 forms for compliance
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
Support the team with additional accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in invoice processing and coding
Proficiency in handling daily cash receipts and disbursements
Strong skills in check processing and financial record maintenance
Familiarity with W-9 forms and vendor communication processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Competence in data entry and financial system updates
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Prior experience in administrative support within accounting is preferred
