Job Responsibility:
Enter and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems
Process payments, including credit card transactions and online payment methods
Handle accounts receivable tasks such as tracking payments and resolving discrepancies
Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide support
Ensure timely and efficient data entry of financial information
Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes
Generate reports and summaries for management review
Support other administrative tasks related to accounting as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or related field
Proficiency in accounts receivable processes and data entry
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage inquiries effectively
Experience handling various payment methods, including credit card and online payments
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with accounting software and tools
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
