Job Responsibility:
Accurately input data into accounting systems, ensuring completeness and precision
Process Accounts Payable invoices, verifying information and preparing them for payment
Organize and maintain financial records through effective filing systems
Retrieve and compile records as needed by the accounting team
Submit and manage documents to support financial reporting and compliance needs
Assist with administrative tasks to streamline departmental workflows
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and accounting procedures are met
Requirements:
