As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, data entry and more. Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions
Code invoices and accounts appropriately for accurate financial reporting
Manage vendor communications to address inquiries and maintain strong relationships
Maintain and update weekly Excel logs to track financial activities
Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing reports and verifying account balances
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in an accounting related field
Proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining logs and financial records
Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
