Job Responsibility:
Generate and manage purchase orders accurately to ensure smooth operations
Enter purchase order details into the designated accounting system with precision
Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable Department to streamline workflows and resolve discrepancies
Support invoice processing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate handling
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting databases
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in an accounting related field
Familiarity with purchase order management and invoice processing
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments
