Accounting Specialists are responsible for maintaining and managing a company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Job Responsibility:
Recording and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy
Preparing and analyzing financial reports, assisting with budget tracking, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
Managing invoices, reimbursements, and payments, and acting as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and employees regarding financial matters
Assisting with tax documentation, audits, and compliance with financial regulations
Supporting the CFO, Accounting Manager, or Finance Director with assigned tasks and financial analysis
Requirements:
AP/AR Experience
Experience in SAP, Oracle, Sage, Yardi, NetSuite, JDEdwards, PeopleSoft, Workday, or D365/Dynamics (or any ERP system)
Mid or large company experience ($250M in revenue++)
