Job Responsibility:
Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Maintain and reconcile financial records and ledgers
Assist with invoice processing and expense reports
Support month-end closing procedures
Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding discrepancies
Prepare basic financial reports as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical roles preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
