This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a mix of accounting and administrative expertise to contribute to a growing team. The role involves tasks across data entry, accounts payable and receivable, as well as supporting real estate transactions and organizational activities.
Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry tasks, including numeric and text-based inputs for financial records
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner
Manage check runs and handle check requests to ensure smooth financial operations
Organize and maintain filing systems for business documents and financial records
Assist with real estate closings, including due diligence and documentation requirements
Schedule meetings and coordinate event planning for team activities
Track business expenses and prepare related reports for management review
Provide administrative support, such as correspondence handling and general office tasks
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data analysis, and communication
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain filing systems
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
Familiarity with real estate accounting practices is highly desirable
Excellent administrative skills, including scheduling, expense tracking, and event planning
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documentation
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
