Accounting Clerk

• Review and validate daily invoice transactions from multiple locations to ensure accuracy
• Conduct audits of daily financial reports to identify discrepancies and maintain compliance
• Monitor and verify the proper entry of financial data into accounting systems
• Process invoices, including coding and reconciling them with purchase orders and payment records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Support routine financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any invoicing or payment issues promptly
• Maintain adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures
• Deliver regular updates and reports to supervisors regarding accounting operations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Strong skills in data entry and financial record management
• Experience with invoice processing, including coding and reconciliation
• Ability to conduct audits and identify discrepancies in financial reports
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Familiarity with accounting software systems and tools

An accounting degree is preferred but not required
