Accounting Clerk

• Process and manage sales orders efficiently to ensure accurate and timely entry
• Handle shipment coordination and documentation to streamline logistics operations
• Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice verification and payment processing
• Utilize ERP systems to maintain organized financial records and order data
• Conduct data entry tasks with precision to support accurate reporting and analysis
• Assist with basic financial tasks, such as reconciling accounts and tracking transactions
• Communicate effectively with team members to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Provide general administrative support as needed to enhance daily operations

• Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with Acumatica or similar ERP systems
• Strong skills in data entry and invoice processing with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of financial principles and basic accounting practices
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and resolve issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing data

Previous experience in order entry and logistics coordination is a plus
