Job Description:

Responsible for checking financial records for accuracy, maintaining files, preparing and reviewing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves addressing guest service needs, maintaining professional communication, and completing other reasonable duties.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Maintain files and financial records
Record and analyze computerized financial information
Prepare financial and payroll reports
Complete period-end closing procedures
Prepare and review bills and account statements
Comply with company policies
Address guests' service needs professionally
Develop positive working relationships with colleagues
Perform other duties requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
Mathematical accuracy
Ability to organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash, and financial data
Capability to prepare and review financial records, bills, and statements
Compliance with confidentiality and company policies
Professional communication skills
Physical ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
