Job Responsibility:
Enter and process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Assist with accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Maintain and update financial records and databases
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Support the accounting department with administrative tasks as needed
Verify and reconcile financial information to ensure consistency
Organize and file invoices and related documents for easy access and compliance
Communicate with vendors and other stakeholders regarding payment issues or inquiries
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a busy work environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or data entry role
10-key proficiency
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members
Nice to have:
