Support the finance department of a reputable healthcare company in Solana Beach, assisting with day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end close
Maintain financial records and filing systems
Assist with payroll and expense reporting
Support audits and financial reviews
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing issues
Requirements:
1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
