Robert Half is hiring for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk for a contract opportunity with one of our valued clients. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions for a busy office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist in maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers
Reconcile bank statements and other account balances
Prepare invoices, process payments, and support billing procedures
Support month-end close and generate basic financial reports
Collaborate with accounting team to optimize workflows and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounting clerk or similar finance role
Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
