We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be skilled in processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various administrative functions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform data entry tasks to update and verify transaction details
Process invoices and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure proper documentation
Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries related to pricing and quotes
Generate customer quotes and assist with pricing adjustments
Work collaboratively with team members to streamline accounting operations
Use systems such as NetSuite and Dynamics 365 Business Central for financial tracking and reporting
Support general administrative tasks related to accounting functions
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with other accounting software
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to process invoices and reconcile accounts effectively
Excellent customer service skills with experience in handling pricing and quotes
Familiarity with NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred
Solid understanding of general accounting operations and practices
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
