Accounting Clerk

• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Verify, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Assist with billing customers and posting incoming payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and other balance sheet accounts
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Prepare and enter journal entries as directed by accounting management
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing accounting documents
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account information
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance teams as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger functions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
