Accounting Clerk

• Ensure the accuracy and correctness of data
• Collect and organize data for easy access and understanding
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and management
• Apply knowledge of accounting principles and local tax in daily tasks
• Monitor and maintain customer credit records
• Process and verify customer credit applications
• Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on monitoring
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Strong data entry skills are necessary
• Knowledge of local tax regulations is essential
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required
• a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work is crucial
• Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for reporting and liaising with other departments
• A high degree of integrity and confidentiality is required due to the sensitive nature of the information handled

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable
