Job Responsibility:
Process invoices and payments promptly and accurately
Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including bank deposits and reconciliations
Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to maintain financial records and reports
Ensure proper documentation and organization of all financial transactions
Provide exceptional customer service when addressing inquiries
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting systems
Assist with monitoring and tracking outstanding payments and invoices
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements:
Proven experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
