Accounting Clerk

• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, posting payments, and conducting follow-ups on collections
• Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies in billing
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions in the accounting system
• Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address inquiries about invoices, payments, and account balances
• Support the accounting team by entering data, generating reports, and organizing documentation
• Ensure compliance with established accounting procedures and company policies

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in accounts payable and receivable within an accounting or finance environment
• Proficiency in handling invoice processing, reconciliations, and collections
• Degree in Accounting (Bachelor or Associates)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments is a plus
