Job Responsibility:
Prepare and process AIA billing (G702/G703 forms) for construction projects
Track project costs, budgets, and billing schedules
Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Manage waivers, invoices, and compliance documentation
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client/vendor issues
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
Maintain organized financial records and support month-end close processes
Requirements:
1-3+ years of accounting or billing experience, preferably in construction
Hands-on experience with AIA billing required
Strong understanding of construction contracts and job costing
