We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Stockton, California. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions and providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibility:
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience
Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records
Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely billing and documentation
Maintain accurate data entry for all financial transactions
Record and track cash receipts with precision and attention to detail
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle to manage financial data
Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes
Generate financial reports and summaries as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role
Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
Strong skills in data entry and invoice processing
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle
Competence in using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy
Knowledge of billing practices and cash receipt procedures
