Are you detail-oriented, organized, and seeking new opportunities to contribute your accounting expertise? Our company is looking for a Contract Accounting Clerk to support our client's Finance & Accounting team on a temporary basis.
Job Responsibility:
Perform daily data entry of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile invoices, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of financial documents
Maintain orderly and up-to-date records of financial information
Support other accounting functions as needed, under supervision of senior staff
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related clerical role preferred
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strict confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
