As an Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including accounts payable, accounts receivables, collections, billing, and more. Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision
Match and code invoices and purchase orders accurately
Post entries to the general ledger, focusing primarily on accounts payable tasks
Perform filing duties to keep all credit department documents properly organized
Utilize Excel for data tracking and analysis as needed
Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience
Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking
Ability to manage incoming payments and collect outstanding payments
Strong organizational skills, including maintaining credit files and processing invoices
Demonstrates efficiency and adaptability when handling interruptions and multitasking
Strong knowledge of Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables)
