Accounting Clerk

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks software
• Enter and verify data to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial documentation
• Handle invoice processing and reconcile discrepancies as needed
• Generate financial reports to support decision-making and organizational transparency
• Conduct financial analysis related to investments and budgeting
• Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
• Provide support during audits and other financial reviews

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial record management
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with invoice processing and reconciliation
• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis techniques
• Ability to handle budgeting and investment-related financial tasks
• Experience with payroll processing is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
