Accounting Clerk

• Support our finance team in their daily accounting tasks
• Check, assign and post invoices (accounts receivable, accounts payable, real accounts)
• Actively participate in daily, monthly and annual financial statements
• Reconcile accounts and keep track of open items
• Support payment transactions and ensure smooth processes
• Work closely with other departments and act as an interface within the hotel
• Ensure that internal processes, legal requirements, and Marriott standards are complied with

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (accounting, finance, hotel management, or similar)
• Initial experience in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus, but not a must
• Enjoy working with numbers and have a structured, meticulous approach to your work
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good German and English skills
• Team spirit, reliability, and the desire to develop your professional skills
