Job Responsibility:
Perform reconciliations for accounts to maintain accurate financial records
Assist in handling general accounting tasks, including data entry and ledger updates
Collaborate with team members to support month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain organized and secure financial records for auditing and reporting purposes
Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to financial transactions
Provide support for special projects and ad hoc accounting tasks as needed
Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth accounting operations
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
